Sookshmas Finsoft Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users (“you” or “your”) who use our Sookshmas Ledger Printer mobile application (“App”). This App is a companion tool for Sookshmas Ledger, a cooperative banking and financial management software suite.

1. Scope of the App

This App is not a standalone product and does not operate independently. It works solely as an extension of Sookshmas Ledger, allowing authenticated users to print receipts and reports (such as Pigmy receipts, RD, loan collections, daily summaries) using Bluetooth thermal printers.

2. Information We Collect

The App itself does not collect or store personal information directly. It uses authenticated sessions from the Sookshmas Ledger platform. Information accessed includes:

  • Transactional data (amounts, dates, account numbers)
  • Summary reports linked to user accounts
  • Print templates and receipt content
  • Device information (for Bluetooth connection)

No sensitive data like Aadhaar, PAN, or biometrics is collected by the app.

3. Bluetooth Permission

Bluetooth is used strictly for connecting to printers. No other device data is accessed or stored.

4. Data Storage & Transmission

  • All data is fetched via secure APIs; nothing is stored in the app.
  • Data is encrypted during transmission.
  • No print data is cached or logged.

5. Third-Party Access

This app does not share data with third-party SDKs or platforms. It is fully contained within the Sookshmas Ledger ecosystem.

6. Security Measures

We use best practices to ensure secure Bluetooth connections and restrict access to only authenticated users through Sookshmas Ledger login.

7. User Control

All user and transaction data is managed within the Sookshmas Ledger system. For data access or deletion, please contact your institution admin or our support team.

8. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
